Joseph Ernest Cyr (September 4, 1854 – April 12, 1929) was a Canadian politician.
Born in Montreal, Quebec, Cyr was educated in educated at St. Laurent College, near Montreal. A notary, was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba in 1883 and to the Canadian House of Commons for the riding of Provencher in 1904. He moved to St. Boniface, Manitoba in 1882 and was mayor in 1885.
